Alongside our spa treatments, Trinity offers warm, confidential counselling — a gentle place to talk, be heard, and feel supported. Sessions are arranged privately by appointment.

For children, our approach is play-based and paced to them, with a parent or guardian always involved. We'll talk with you first so everyone feels comfortable before we begin.
